A new opportunity for administrator keen to work in the Trade Mark team at this international law firm – seeking a dedicated administrator who has the desire to work at a leading law firm

Main Responsibilities / Duties will include:

  • Opening and distributing the post for the team. Scanning letters and documents.
  • Assisting on the invoicing for all matters across the group.
  • Answering incoming telephone calls as required on behalf of other team members.
  • Ensuring all physical files are maintained and up to date.
  • Ensuring all relevant correspondence from the relevant trade mark registries is logged on the Document Management System
  • Managing diaries and appointments, including booking rooms, lunches, taxis and other tasks as and when required.
  • Preparing and sending emails to include attaching documents, printing and filing of incoming emails and attachments.
  • Photocopying, faxing, timely archiving and filing.

To apply for this opportunity, you must have achieved at least C grade in Maths and English GCSE, have proven administration experience, be a confident and assured communicator and assured numerically, and have a strong desire to develop a career in the legal field.
