In-house IP Administrator – Middlesex

Job Description:

Are you an experienced Intellectual Property Administrator looking for a new role to further your career in IP? If so, Dawn Ellmore Employment could be working on the ideal role for you!
 
A well-established in house firm are seeking an IP administrator to join them in their friendly Middlesex office. The successful candidate will be supporting a team of attorneys based in the office with a variety of different tasks.
 
The key duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Preparing intellectual property applications at all stages
  • Liaising with fee earners and clients alike
  • Organising renewals and reminders for applications
  • Updating in house database with required information
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to others where required
You must have experience within IP and be a clear and confident communicator. A CIPA qualification would be favourable.
