In House IP Administrator to £40,000++ – London


Job Description:

We are delighted to be assisting our client on an exclusive basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised Intellectual Property Administrator to join our prestigious client’s friendly in house team based in London. This is a pivotal role within the intellectual property department where you will be responsible for assisting with various patent and trade mark administration functions.

Below are examples of your daily responsibilities and duties

  • Managing the IP database
  • Filing applications
  • Conducting IP research
  • Data entry
  • Monitoring deadlines
  • Dealing with incoming correspondence in a timely manner

This would be a perfect opportunity for those with at least 2 years’ experience under their belt in a relevant IP administrative position or those from a patent secretarial background with a clear understanding of intellectual property administration. Those who have obtained the CIPA qualification would be desirable however not essential as long as you are an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal and then we would love to hear from you!

A super starting salary with superb benefits will also be offered to the successful candidate.
