IP Records & Renewals Assistant – Yorkshire

Job Description:

We have an excellent new opportunity, not to be missed, for an individual to take on a varied role within IP records and renewals at a top firm in Yorkshire!
 
This is a busy role supporting their Senior Renewals Officer and you will need to be able to work efficiently and completing work to a high standard. Some of the duties you will be expected to carry out in this role include:
  • Dealing with renewals for both patents and trade marks
  • Preparing and reporting the renewals of filing and applications
  • Liaising with fee earners and clients
  • Providing support to other members of the team where required
Candidates must have some working experience within IP whether that be from a patent or trade mark view point. If you are a secretary looking to try something new, or an administrator that wants a varied workload – this is your chance! You must have a can-do attitude and high attention to detail. It is also essential that candidates have exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
