Job Description:

Amazing chance to join a fantastic firm in a Patent Formalities Clerk position based in Bristol.  This is the chance to work within a successful friendly firm and take on plenty of varied and interesting responsibilities.

In this role your responsibilities will include, but would not be restricted to:

• Preparing documentation relating to patent applications
• Corresponding with clients and colleagues
• Overseeing reminders and case records for the formalities team
• Grant and validation procedures
• Many other ad hoc duties

Candidates should have previous patent formalities experience and will ideally (although not essential) hold the CIPA certificate. Excellent communication skills, the ability work to deadlines and a flexible and professional manner will set you apart from the crowd!
